Coco-Berry Yogurt Tarts Coco-Berry Yogurt Tarts

Get the rich flavor of a chocolate cannoli without the extra calories. Graham-cracker tart shells are available in the baking aisle of most grocery stores.

1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups reduced-fat Ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
6 pre-made graham cracker tart shells
3/4 cups strawberries, sliced (raspberries or blueberries also can be used)

Parent and Child: Wash hands.

Child: Place yogurt, Ricotta cheese, sugar and cocoa powder into a medium-size bowl. Stir until the mixture is creamy and mixed well.

Parent and Child: Scoop 1/6 of the mixture into each tart shell.

Child: Top with sliced strawberries.

Makes 6 servings
